The deliberate attempt to obfuscate the facts.

Below is the knife stain left on the Meredith's bed.  The dark line around the outside is the arbitrary line drawn by a guilter who goes by the name Yummi and Machiavelli.  I have taken the time to put little yellow dots around the actual knife stain. These show the actual edge of the knife.  Not some make believe nonsense.

As you can see, the knife is actually much smaller than the guilter would like you to believe.

It has been suggested by some that a burglar wouldn't have broken in through Filomena's window because they would have been to exposed to cars on the streets passing by.  So I took these shots with Google's Streetview.  

Imagine yourself driving by at say 30 mph at night.  This equals out to one half mile per minute or 2640 feet per minute or 44 feet per second. Now here are the shots taken in daytime where one might be able to view a someone breaking in through the window closest to street directly below the peak of the cottage roof.

Piazza Grimana

Piazza Grimana is a little public square about a block and a half away from Amanda and Meredith's cottage.  There is a basketball court to the South of the square.  There are 3 park benches on the East Side of the Square and 3 park benches on the West Side of the Square.  It is here that the Curatolo, a homeless heroin addict testified that he saw Amanda and Raffaele hanging around watching the cottage gate.

There are many problems with his testimony besides the faculties of a man who fully admits that he was under the influence of heroin that night.

There is the logic of why Amanda and Raffaele would hang out around this basketball court on a cold November night instead of  staying warm in the cottage or Raffaele's apartment?

And of course there is the fact that Amanda and Meredith didn't speak or text each other that day so it is unlikely that Amanda knew Meredith's location or plans.

And lastly. You can't see the cottage gate from anywhere in the square.  Buildings and the ground block your view.  You would have to stand in about a 10 foot by 10 foot area on the basketball court, not the Piazza to get a view of the cottage gate and that would be a peek a boo view at best.

As you can see by these pictures.  Amanda and Raffaele would have had to have been frozen to this one small spot on the basketball court, not the square, or the park benches to watch the gate. Remember they don't know if Meredith was at the cottage, or away from the cottage.  They are clueless to Meredith's location, so why would they watch the gate from this spot for 9:30 to 11:30 on a cold dreary November night?  Also look at the last picture.  They would be able to see Meredith for maybe 20 seconds at most and only if they were looking from this spot and they didn't look away.

The Cell Towers

Some of the evidence in this case involves cell phone calls   Here are some pictures of the cell phone towers and their locations. Below you can see the cottage that Amanda, Meredith, Filomena and Laura shared..  If you look straight up from the cottage you can see the cell tower that handled most of the calls to and from the cottage.

Notice the cell antennas in the windows of the the tower.  They provide totally unobstructed sight lines to the cottage.  According to Google Earth this cell phone tower is 171 meters from the cottage. Very close.

This is the famous Wind cell tower 30064.  It handled the 10:13 call made by Meredith's phone. These two cell towers are 1720 meters from the cottage.  More than 10 times as far away as the Lupatelli cell tower.
